The freeride and all-mountain fun machine. The Psychocandy resembles Ride’s Warpig in terms of handling, which has really earned its place high up on the “fun list”. The innovative shape allows you to ride the board 3 to 6 cm shorter than your regular board size. This creates an exceptional combination: manoeuvrability for the park, with the buoyancy of a much bigger board. The Psychocandy is perfect for riders who want to shred with one board in any terrain.Riding styleAll-mountain/freeride board for advanced riders – You want to have fun on the whole mountain but focus on freeriding? Then this board is just right.ShapeThe tapered directional shape is perfect for all-mountain and freeriding. The nose is slightly wider and longer than the tail for controlled turns in any terrain and more float in powder.ProfileThe Directional Zero Camber profile comes with a flat section between the bindings, a big rocker in the nose and a smaller rocker in the tail. This makes the board very easy to turn, but it still remains smooth at higher speeds. FlexThe medium flex makes the snowboard hard enough for powerful turns, but still soft enough for a playful ride.ConstructionThe Women’s Performance™ Core is made of aspen wood, bamboo and paulownia, for a perfect balance of weight and stability. The Slimewalls® sidewalls are incredibly strong and stretchy, absorbing impacts rather than just deflecting them. Double Impact Plates are added underneath each binding face to improve compressive strength and prevent the board from breaking. For more snap and ollie power, there are cross-shaped Carbon Array 5™ carbon strips in the binding area.
